To correct this issue, we suggest uninstalling and reinstalling SketchUp.
SketchUp licenses are version-specific (eg. 2013, 8, 7, 6, etc....). Follow the steps below to upgrade your current SketchUp Pro license to the most recent version of SketchUp Pro, which is 2013:
The Maintenance and Support program only applies to SketchUp Pro customers with a Classic License and is not necessary for users with a SketchUp subscription plan.
