To find your SketchUp Pro license serial number, please do the following based on your operating system. Windows
SketchUp Pro licenses are platform agnostic, allowing you to use your license with either the Windows or MacOS versions of SketchUp, or both! When you apply your license to SketchUp it authenticates against our server, regardless of the OS version you're using.
If you're having trouble purchasing a license, we recommend that you open a new browser and try placing your order again.
SketchUp licenses are version-specific (eg. 2013, 8, 7, 6, etc....). Follow the steps below to upgrade your current SketchUp Pro license to the most recent version of SketchUp Pro, which is 2013:
The Maintenance and Support program only applies to SketchUp Pro customers with a Classic License and is not necessary for users with a SketchUp subscription plan. SketchUp discontinued the Maintenance and Support Program November 4, 2020. What is co-terming-proration? If you have multiple subscriptions in your account, we can help you configure each subscription to have the same renewal date. This is called co-terming. When co-terming your subscriptions, we'll adjust the cost, or prorate, applicable subscriptions so they share a renewal date.
