Having a custom 3D Warehouse URL (a.k.a. web link, link, address, etc...) is a great way to personalize your corner of 3D Warehouse. After you Sign In to 3D Warehouse, choose Edit Profile from the User drop-down menu.. Look for the setting labeled Your URL and type your own link. Please keep in mind that Custom URLs are moderated per the Terms of Use for 3D Warehouse. Distasteful URLs are subject to removal. In other words, please keep it tasteful.

Your 3D Warehouse User Profile page includes a feature that gives you the option to allow other users to contact you directly, via the email address associated with your 3D Warehouse account. By default, this option is disabled. You can choose to enable it or disable it at any time.
All models and collections in the 3D Warehouse come with a great set of statistics. These data include information such as total downloads, Likes, file size (models only), polygons (model only), number of materials (models only), and last-modified date. To view an interactive graph with download statistics, go to a model or collection’s details page, then click the Download button on the right side of the screen. The model thumbnail will be replaced with a download graph that shows the number of downloads over time.
The best way to look at a 3D is in 3D, of course. So when you look at a model’s details page in the 3D Warehouse, click the icon in the right pane that looks like SketchUp’s Orbit tool:

There are a handful of issues that can come up with Online Features in SketchUp; Can't connect to web tools; 3D Warehouse, Extension Warehouse, Add Location and Licensing. There are a few techniques that may help resolve this issue. Update your default browser to a modern web browser SketchUp no longer supports Internet Explorer as it was retired by Microsoft in 2016. The default browsers that work best with SketchUp are Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, as well as the more recent versions of Microsoft Edge. Updating your browser version might help.
SketchUp requires uninterrupted access to the internet for features such as the 3D Warehouse, Add Location and Extension Warehouse. To ensure connectivity you may need to adjust settings in your Firewall, Proxy or Internet Security software for your network or computer.
